Action plan proposed
- Installation of safety barriers cordoning-off the area with steel supports to prop-up the floor under the direction of the technical surveyor
- Determining the best way to repair the damaged floor and costing of works
- Installation of protective barriers to permit the continued operation of the remainder of the building
Result
- Instigation of the protection and remedial works under the supervision of a Technical surveyor
- Re-opening of access to the repaired areas in a short timescale, and without a loss in rental income
